Your comment got flagged for some reason, so I apologize that it took so long to get posted.

I really hope Morton keeps this up. It'd be a tremendous confidence boost and he'd add some stability to the very inconsistent starting pitching staff.

Charlie and Campy ... both dudes threw it great the past two nights.

Charlie pitched with confidence, attacked the strike zone, looked like he believed in himself up there. That's two great outings in a row. Heaven knows he has the stuff to succeed at the major-league level.

Campillo continues to impress. Dude just pounds the strike zone (two walks in his past 29 innings). Got a little tired toward the end last night, but man, after that leadoff homer, he was about as good as it gets from there through the fifth.

Welcome back Chipper. Good night at the plate for Kotchman and Prado. Time to take on the big guns the next two days (Haren and Webb).

Bud.
